Content Agreement

This Content Agreement (“Agreement”), by and between Enlighten Counseling LLC (“Company”) and the Viewer (“Viewer”). 

The terms and contents of the Enlighten Counseling website are the sole and exclusive possession of Enlighten Counseling, LLC. The Viewer is not permitted to distribute originals or reproductions of any of the materials contained on the website. Enlighten Counseling, LLC retains all right, title, and interest to any and all educational and any and all other materials contained on the website. The Viewer may not reproduce additional paper or electronic copies of any contents of the educational materials in any fashion. The Viewer shall not publicly display any of the documents comprising the educational materials or any other materials of the website through any means including display on social media. These terms shall apply after this Agreement has expired or otherwise terminated. 

The Viewer has sole permission to personally use the educational materials and shall not allow others to use the educational materials, in whole or in part. The Viewer does not have the right to sublicense or enter into any agreements to permit others to use the educational materials.  

A material breach of this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, misappropriation by the Viewer of the educational materials or any of the terms as set forth above. 

The Viewer agrees that any and all damages, including liquidated damages, may be assessed and recovered by the Company and against the Viewer in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each day that the Viewer is in material breach of this Agreement.

The Viewer agrees to hold harmless the Company and all its employees, directors, and shareholders from any damages as there is no patient-provider relationship and that any and all materials purchased are for educational purposes, only. 

The Viewer, not the Company, is responsible for the use of all CBD/cannabis products and the Viewer agrees that there is a degree of risk with using any Schedule 1 substance despite any and all state health programs. The Viewer assumes any and all responsibility for their own health and welfare and acknowledges the risks associated with the use of CBD/cannabis products.

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Viewer and Company consent to the jurisdiction of all such courts in Camden County, New Jersey.

Any notice required to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to: 540 Mantua Blvd., Sewell, New Jersey 08080

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Viewer and Company and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties. This Agreement cannot be modified except in a writing signed by both the Viewer and Company.
